Shape of Plot and Colour Composition of a Building

Buildings of regular plots are better than irregular plots according to Feng Shui. Rectangular, square, round and pakua shaped plots are considered auspicious. Triangular and L shape houses are not recommended. An L shaped building indicates removal of a part. Irregular plots give an impression of some part missing. U shaped houses are unlucky.

The L shaped plot shown above is not auspicious. However in Feng Shui, there are remedies for all shortcomings.

• Plant trees in unbuilt area

• Arrange proper lighting of unbuilt area
